In addition to features like the ability to switch between lightsaber colors and the addition of cheat code support, players can take control of some new characters, with Jar Jar Binks being the most recently announced.

Aspyr broke the news by releasing a new trailer for Jedi Power Battlesreveals the game to Jar Jar Binks. The video showcased the iconic Gungan in action, taking on various enemies. While some fans might have unrealistically hoped for the character to wield a red lightsaber and take on the infamous Darth Jar Jar persona from fan theories, he appears to be attacking with a large staff in-game. Additionally, he has various chaotic voice lines as you would expect from the clumsy character. Jar Jar Binks will be playable at launch Jedi Power Battles on January 23, but fans can already pre-order the game.
