Kuromi is a Sanrio character who is loved by many and is quite popular for her role as an antagonist in Onegai my melody. She is actually a self-proclaimed rival of My Melody and quite a rebel. Kuromi is quite free-spirited by nature and tends to do whatever she wants, but her tough exterior is what makes her a fan favorite.

In most situations she is prone to aggression, but the sensitive side of her personality often shines through when she lets her guard down about those she is romantically interested in.
