How to rearrange your castle in the older scrolls: castles

IN The Elder Scrolls: Castlesyou will spend a lot of time curating the perfect little kingdom for all your subjects. From decorating the halls to adding new rooms and workstations, you'll have your hands full. But what happens when plans change or you need to redesign the flow of your castle?

Thankfully, rearranging the castle doesn't have to be difficult. We'll walk you through how to navigate menus, store decor and workstations, and remove rooms you no longer need to make room for bigger and better designs. This is how you completely renovate your castle in no time!

How to store decorations and workstations

When you click the construction icon in the lower left corner of the screen you can start adding decorations and other workstations to the castle. But if you want transform your castle and rearrange the furnitureyou want to clear away as much junk as possible.

You can store the decorations by holding down the finger on them drag them down to the left corner. Drop them in red storage box icon and they are added to your storage. You can pick them up anytime and arrange them however you like.

When rooms and decorations are in stock, you won't lose them! You can check how many of each you have available by looking for a number in the corner of the item card.

How to move around rooms

While you can't move an entire room as a unit, you can take it apart piece by piece to move things around. To clear a room you have to do it move any decorations and workstations to a free space.

Moving everything will take some time, so keep an eye on your oil and food resources. They will continue to do so deflates while you move things aroundand no one wants starving subjects to wreak havoc during renovations.

You can pull workstations into the ground to make them turn red and float, but you will not be able to put anything in their place until the workstation is completely transferred to another location.

How to remove rooms

Removing rooms is easy. All you need to do is clear any of the items in space that is select the room tool and tap on the block you want to delete. You will be refunded for materials and gold is spent to make the room, so you can easily start building elsewhere.

You can build almost anywhere and remove almost all rooms. But you cannot delete the first two rooms next to the castle door. These must always be in place, but you can build around them to create the castle of your dreams.
