How to get Warden reputation points
Shops of various kinds are scattered all over the world in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. You'll find gifts to buy for your companions, new gear to equip, or upgrades for what you already have. One of the shops you regularly visit is Caretaker's in the courtyard of The Lighthouse, the game's hub area.

How to get Warden reputation points
There is a way to get Caretaker Reputation Points, which requires a lot of exploration. Throughout the world of Dragon Age, you'll stumble across Mementos – one of the game's collectibles. For every single one you pick up, you will be rewarded with 50 Caretaker Reputation Points.
You will also be rewarded with some points, usually in the hundreds, for completing select story missions. You can't rely on it as a regular way to raise the shop though, so just be happy when it happens.
Where to find memories
Memories can be hidden almost anywhere. They can sit on tables in faction headquarters, inside breakable crates located around towns, or even available to bought from faction sellers.
Purchased memories usually cost 150 gold to purchase, but otherwise work just like any other memory, adding to your library and giving you 50 warden reputation points.
You need to find a lot of memorabilia to upgrade the caretaker's shop. Just to upgrade him to rank two you need 750 Reputation Pointsso you need to pay attention while exploring while completing quests. Thankfully, there's a lot to find once the game opens up after the first few story missions, so you'll find Mementos regularly.
