
Battlefield RedSec has made a surprise debut, with even more content to explore with the launch of Battlefield 6 Season 1. In this new free-to-play battle royale, players drop into Fort Lyndon in the middle of a closing firestorm and battle others until only one is left standing.
Battlefield RedSec is already shaping up to be a strong Battle Royale experience, with players all over the world jumping in to see what it has to offer. As the competition begins to heat up, you may find yourself losing firefights against enemies equipped with custom loadouts. But with a little effort, you can also earn your own weapons Battlefield RedSec. This is how you do it.
How to setup custom weapons for Battlefield RedSec
Before you can get custom weapons Battlefield RedSecyou must first set the custom weapons you want to use. This can be done in the pregame lobby, and all you have to do is favorite the weapons you want to use. To do this, go to Loadouts, select any class, then click on the weapon equipped for that class. Then select the weapon you want to use it in RedSecpress Change, and then tap Favorite. Doing so saves the custom build and is ready to use in the Battlefield RedSec.
All of your favorite weapons will appear in their own dedicated favorites section. However, you are limited to 8 favorite weapons at a time, so if you want to add more, you must first uncheck some of the ones you have already selected.
How to get custom weapons in Battlefield RedSec
To bring in your own weapons Battlefield RedSecyou have to find a custom weapon drop. These are coming drop into the map at various intervals during the match, especially when a new safe zone appears. Their places will be appears on both the map and your HUD when you get close to one.
Once you find a Custom Weapon Drop, go to it and press the interaction button to open it. Here you will be able to choose any of the weapons that you favored before, complete with the accessories, camos and other customizations you have equipped. However, players are limited to one weapon per drop, so be sure to pick the one you really want to use right away.
All team members can use a custom weapon drop. However, enemy players will likely be looking at these drops as well, so be sure to be alert and clear the area to avoid getting shot in the back.
