How to find ammunition in Stalker 2

The Zone is an unforgiving place and running out of ammo can be a major setback Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Without enough ammo, you are easy prey for mutants and bandit groups alike. Conserving your existing ammo supply is key, but some newcomers, even the most resourceful stalkers, can run out. How to get more ammo in Stalker 2

There are a few different ways to get ammo, including looting corpses and caches, smashing ammo crates, and even trading with Stalker 2.

Loot corpses and unload enemy weapons

One of the best ways to get ammo is to unload ammo from weapons you find, including enemy weapons Stalker 2. So when you finish killing all the enemies you can hover over their weapons and press G on the keyboard to unload them. Alternatively, you can right-click on the gun and select “Unload” from the menu. This action transfers all ammo loaded in the gun directly to inventory.

Finally, you can too buy ammo from merchants in base camp. These merchants have different ammo types, making them a good option when your supplies start to run low. However, it is a good idea to prioritize spending your money on weapon and armor upgrades in Stalker 2as ammo can be found when thoroughly exploring the zone.
