When players check up on Noah, they will find him dismembered and in a near-death state. You will quickly hear the killer approaching, which will be your cue to hide behind the sofa and wait for the cutscene to play.

When you regain control of Ava, you will get ability to interact with Noah's phonebut Ava can't do anything about it. Your main goal is to get out from behind the sofa and escape Noah's apartment.

Escape to Bathroom Connects to Noah's Room Unhinged Netflix

After hugging the wall, Ava will look into the kitchen and find the killer busy with Noah's entrails. When Ava moves to the other side of the kitchen wall, you must interact with the door to the right of Noah's chair to go into the bathroom. From there you make your way into Noah's bedroom.
