How the Alan Wake Event works in Phasmophobia

Familiar maps have been transformed into strange storybook versions of themselves, complete with shadowy figures, glowing messages hidden in the dark, and enough creepy dolls to make you reconsider checking each room just one more time.

Inspired by Alan Wake, the event introduces new mechanics built around Words of Power, Dark Presences and a multi-step puppet puzzle hidden in the lobby. Whether you're looking for Event Points, chasing cosmetics, or trying to figure out why there's a whispering shadow man standing in the corner of the farmhouse again, there's a lot going on during this crossover.
