Changed content
Arthur seems suddenly unharmed
At the end of section 2 we see that Arthur falls from a cliff, probably to his death. Arthur even admits as much and says when he falls that he wishes he could be an older brother of the unborn child that his pregnant mother carries.
“Oh, yes. I was going to be a big brother. It would have been nice. It would have been nice … to become an older brother.” -Orthur while falling from a cliff.
In Manhwa, Arthur wakes up at the bottom of the cliff, after somehow survived autumn, even though it was significantly damaged. He spends some time falling in and out of consciousness, until he eventually stands up and hears a mysterious voice. For starters, he believes that it is the voice from the dead bandit next to him that Arthur had pulled down the cliff.
But the voice will soon reveal to be friendly. With no other alternatives, Arthur makes a trip to look for the voice and eventually find a stream where he drinks and bathes. The unit comments on his boldness, as it can see him. Arthur gets embarrassed, but he still continues his journey to the cave where the voice resides. He soon falls down a cave and comes face to face with a large monster that carries dark armor.
In anime, this course of events varies greatly. After the autumn from Klippan, the next thing we see at the beginning of section 3 Arthur standing in front of the monster, completely unharmed and confused, is without much explanation. Only one line tries to bridge the scrubbing gap between the two moments in continuity.
“What is it? What do I do here?” -Athur's internal thoughts as he stares at the monster before him.
Arthur then immediately tries to attack the dark armor figure, but the effort is lightly away. Due to the cut content, their conversation develops a little differently, but eventually Arthur and the monster -like figure, Sylvia, become friends and works together, just like in Manhwa.
“You have a lot to learn still, little Arthur.” -Sylvia after Arthur tried to attack her.

Family
What the beginning after the end teaches us about family love
Arthur promises to live his new reincarnated life to the fullest and find meaning in the family after not understanding the concept before.
The section changes his ability
Arthur's mana -ability is somewhat revised
The entire section continues to develop somewhat differently than in Manhwa, but the main plot mostly remains the same from this point. However, a remarkable subtle change in how it goes in Manhwa means the mana ability that Arthur learns from Sylvia.
In Manhwa, it is described as an ability to absorb mana while moving and struggling to use magic as efficiently as possible. In Anime, however, Mana Beast is explained as Sylvia learns Arthur slightly different.
“You use magic when you collect mana at the same time … as in the air refueling, while flying a plane.” -Arthur observes Sylvia's technology.
While in Manhwa, Arthur learns to pick up mana without having to stop and meditate, it seems like in the anime version, the ability goes on to let Arthur throw magic and at the same time absorb mana. The scene where Arthur finally learns this ability is animated slightly different to compensate, focusing on Arthur's magic rather than his movement.
With the significant changes in this section of Beginning after the endThe show seems to open the door to take more freedoms with the source material to better fit the story to anime. It remains to be seen how many changes anime adaptation will make and how fans of the series will get it.
