Gojo Satoru is one of the main characters in JJK series. It's safe to say that Gojo is the face of the entire franchise and has been for many years. That's exactly why fans were completely devastated when he stopped dying JJK chapter 236. At the end of this chapter, the character who ended up losing his life was none other than Gojo Sotoru. It is truly unfortunate that Gojo died the way he did. While the incident itself is sad for the fans, it is also doubly tragic for Gojo himself.

Yuta is the strongest wizard present in JJK. He may have reached the Gojo level.

Fans know that he was very strong and was considered the strongest modern wizard. However, Gojo could easily have become even stronger in the future, possibly surpassing whoever challenged him.

Gojo's Peak in Jujutsu Kaisen

  • Gojo was Sukuna's equal

  • His strength was undoubtedly immense

Gojo's peak in Jujutsu Kaisen was absolutely incredible and his fight against Sukuna shows fans a glimpse of that. Without a doubt, this fight remains the very best fight in all of JJK. At this point in the story, Gojo was incredibly powerful. He had already achieved the title of the strongest modern wizard and was someone worthy of competing with Sukuna. Right from the start, their fight was incredibly exciting for fans to witness, and it was noted by the writer himself that these two were pretty much evenly matched. Gojo could do just about everything Sukuna could. His control over his cursed energy proved to be immense, and in general his fighting style was incredibly intuitive. If that's all, Gojo showed his incredible intellect when he decided to learn all the secret techniques of the Gojo family himself. Gojo excelled in almost everything he set his mind to, something Gege himself confirmed.

Don't get it twisted! You are the contender here! – Gojo

As for his peak, fans know that Gojo had access to some of the most incredible powers, such as the Limitless Cursed Technique, and with it, Six Eyes as well. These two combined to give Gojo an incredible advantage over the vast majority of his enemies in the series. But Gojo is not just a product of just these two abilities. Gojo was also able to use the power of Reverse Cursed Technique and with this power heal himself. He could also use his ability to restore the burned out Cursed Technique, and then essentially use his Cursed Technique as many times as he wanted.

At the peak of his powers, Gojo was strong enough to rival Sukuna. When these two characters fought, they were neck and neck from start to finish. However, in the end, Sukuna won the battle due to the Ten Shadows technique, and his victory was crucial if Yuji was to grow as well. If Gojo hadn't died the way he did, fans definitely wouldn't have seen Yuji grow the way he did, and his potential would have stagnated, as was the case with Megumi and Nobara.

As for Gojo himself, the version of him that fans saw fighting Sukuna had the most experience, skill, and just about everything else in the story. It's unfortunate that he ended up losing his life, because if he had survived, the skills he would have gained would have made him look infinitely cooler.

How Gojo would have gotten stronger

Gojo Satoru could have strengthened his cursed energy usage

One of the ways Gojo could have gained even more strength is to brush up on things he already knows. For example, Gojo was a very good user of reverse cursed technique. In fact, he might even be the best user of RCT that fans have seen JJKbut he is limited in what he can do. Gojo didn't know how to heal others with the Reverse Cursed Technique. It's entirely possible that over time Gojo could also have learned this aspect of his power and then, as he progresses, be able to save other lives as well.

He could have easily learned this if he had put his mind to it, but since he was always fighting in a one on one situation, coupled with the fact that his learning reverse cursed technique for all others would simply render Shoko useless, made him did not use this drive.

Jujutsu Kaisen: How the Gojo Clan became the strongest after the end of JJK

The Gojo clan is the only one of the three great families that stood the test of time in JJK history. That's despite Gojo's death.

It must also be remembered that Sukuna continued to grow during the Shinjuku Showdown. Similarly, Gojo experienced something similar when he struck several black lightning bolts and created an RCT circuit. Had Gojo continued to fight, he most likely would have been able to evolve more and probably have more awakenings, such as the one where his cursed technique returned to him.

No doubt Gojo would have grown even stronger. One must also remember that Gojo was not too old in history. At the time of his death, Gojo was still only 28, meaning he still had a lot of room to grow further.

Could Gojo have surpassed Sukuna?

Gojo would have become stronger than Sukuna

Gojo and Sukuna were pretty close in terms of power level. It's safe to say they were evenly matched, although Gojo lost to sukuna. This is simply because when Gojo lost to the King of Curses, he used Megumi's body. As such, the King of Curses essentially had access to two cursed techniques instead of one. Both of these cursed techniques were strong enough to match Gojo's own. But when put together, they could overpower his abilities. As such, Gojo was already on Sukuna's level when they fought, and could potentially have gone on to win the battle as well.

Had Gojo lived longer, he might have been able to brush up on various aspects of cursed technology, such as control, while also improving some other applications and possibly pulling ahead of Sukuna. It must be remembered that Gojo, despite claiming to be the finished product, could always have improved further, and the possibility of him surpassing even Sukuna and becoming the greatest of all time exists.

Unfortunately, Gojo died inside JJKand his death left fans completely shocked. While some fans had hopes that Gojo would return later down the line through a resurrection, that ended up not happening for various reasons. The biggest reason of all was simply that the writer had already thought of this plot for him a long time ago, and the fact that JJK was coming to an end.

With the series officially ending, the chances of Gojo coming back to life are next to none. Gojo was a phenomenal character and although he could have become even stronger, fans know that he is a symbol of strength, love, care and courage, above all. He is an iconic character that will be remembered forever, and one that redefined what it meant to be a popular character.
