Lady Tamayo
An ally demon
Lady Tamayo was an important player in the last bow of DemonsklayerAs she, together with Shinobu, developed the drug that would hinder the power of the demon king. Lady Tamayo was the one who bravely injected Muzan with this drug, but this would seal her fate.
During her last moments, she appeals with Muzan to give back her children and husband before continuing to crush her skull. Tamayo's victim was important to defeat Muzan and the final arch would have been very different without her help to Hashira by weakening Muzan considerably. Her death deeply affected her companion, Yoshiro.

Gyomei

Killed by: Demon Slayer Mark, Muzan
Gyomei is a character that fought quite a lot in the final bow. First, he put on Kokushibo, the upper rank 1 which is only second to Muzan. And after that he went on to Muzan himself. Gyomei was one of the most important fighters during this battle and could help the other Hashira greatly when needed.
Unfortunately, Gyomei died after Muzan's defeat. The reason for his death was never fully confirmed, but it can be summarized as having activated his demon -layer brand against Kokushibo and was over 25, as was the deadly injuries he suffered from his fight against Muzan.

Obanai
The snake hashira
Orman Hashira was a great fighter against Muzan The Demon King during the last bow of Demonsklayer. Obanai fought relentlessly, even after losing the sight to Muzan. After stopping Demon King until the sunrise and managed to stop him from escaping, Obanai was finally able to rest, with mitsuri in his arms. They both died together after their assignment was completed.

Mitsuri is love hashira and made it very deep into the final bow of Demonsklayer. She first met Nakime before reaching the demon king Muzan, with the rest of the surviving Hashira.

Mitsuri is a powerful character, but she was strongly unable to the demon king Muzan. Muzan injured her so heavily that she had to get out of the fight for a while before eventually returned and ripped her arms. She eventually gave up for her wounds after the fight ended.

Genya
Sanemi's brother
Genya is a demon -layer that cannot use any breathing style, even though his brother Sanemi is a talented Hashira, the wind hashira, to be specific. Genya, however, has an interesting force he can use, as he can consume demons and gain some of their powers. Under this bow comes Genya face to face with Kokushibo, the upper rank 1, which is an extremely powerful demon.
Genya does not meet this demon alone, but even then stops maintaining fatal injuries. He can stay alive long enough to help the others by consuming parts of Kokushibo, especially his hair and a piece of his sword. Genya could still help Hashira in the fight before disappearing in thin air, just like a demon.

Muichiro
Fog Hashira
Muichiro is the youngest of Hashira and holds the title Mist Hashira. This young Hashira met a shocking end during the last arc of Demon Slayer where he met his own ancestor, Kokushibo. Kokushibo was the upper rank 1 demon, a demon that was only second to Muzan in power.
Muichiro had no chance to win this fight alone and had the help of Genya, Sanemi and Gyomei. But even with all this, he ended dying cruelly when Kokushibo chopped up the limbs and other parts of the body. Muichiro was still of tremendous help during this fight when he activated his red leaves on Kokushibo.

Shinobu Kocho

One of the most shocking deaths that occurs under the final arch is Shinobu Kocho, the holder of the title Insect Hashira. She comes face to face with the one who killed her older sister Kanae, Doma, the upper rank 2 demon.
Shinobu is fighting for best capacity against Doma, but because of her weak strength she can't behead him. Doma ends by killing her and consuming her body, which leads to his downfall when her body contains large amounts of poison.
