  • Property: Curing

  • Affiliation: Heroes

Kirishima is one of Class 1A's students, and he is indeed very impressive when it comes to durability. This is due to his Curing Quirk. But along with his durability, his stamina is also top class. He can take a lot of damage and still get back up, and fans have seen this on many occasions throughout history. Even when injured, Kirishima soaks up damage like a sponge. This makes him one of the characters with the highest stamina in the entire series.

The aspiration

  • Quirk: Hellflame

  • Affiliation: Heroes

Endeavor, the former number one hero, is also one of the most resilient heroes fans have seen in My Hero Academia. He can take a lot of damage, and this is in addition to being negatively affected by overusing his own Quirk. Endeavor has fought battles against powerful High-End Nomu and survived it all. He has even fought against All For One, and despite losing a limb, he has continued the fight.

Endeavor has also taken several powerful blows that would kill an average hero, but due to his high stamina, it wasn't enough to knock him down. Even after suffering heavy injuries in the war, Endeavor still continued to fight later and help Deku in the final battle against All For One, and it just shows how much stamina he really has.

  • Quirk: Explosion

  • Affiliation: Heroes

Bakugo Katsuki has quite a lot of stamina as well. While he may not be the most durable, considering he doesn't have high defenses, his ability to get back up again and again is top notch. Bakugo showed the ability to fight a battle when every cell in his body ached with pain in the final war.

Despite immense pain, he was able to fight All For One, and he then went on to win this clash. It was certainly more than enough of a display of incredible endurance by Bakugo, and he goes down as one of the most impressive figures in this regard.

Gigantomachia

  • Properties: Various

  • Affiliation: Villains

In terms of endurance, Gigantomachia has to be up there with the best. This is partly due to how incredible a fighter he is, but also because he has the Endurance Quirk as well. Gigantomachia has several quirks at his disposal, and his Endurance Quirk increases his ability to the highest level. Fans have seen this on display on many occasions, and he can continue to fight for days, if not more, as seen on many occasions in history.

He can absorb a lot of damage, and beating him often requires a collective effort of several heroes. Gigantomachia is a freak of nature, but even so, he still doesn't have the highest stamina in history.

4

Deku

  • Quirk: One for all

  • Affiliation: Heroes

Deku is an incredibly powerful hero, and when it comes to stamina, he is quite special in this regard. Deku, despite having broken legs, has shown the ability to keep fighting. He may not be the most durable of fighters, but when it comes to stamina, he is absolutely impeccable. Deku has maintained the weight of a Quirk like One For All and even managed to combine it with other residual abilities.

Even so, he has been able to handle the stress incredibly well and just grow with it, which just goes to show that his body is resilient enough to compete at the top level. He has fought the likes of Shigaraki and All For One, taking blows from them that would easily kill a normal hero. This again shows that he has very high stamina.

Shigaraki

Shigaraki Characters Ultimate Endurance My Hero Academia

  • Quirk: Decay, All For One

  • Affiliation: Villains

Shigaraki Tomura may not have had the highest stamina to begin with; but when his body was operated upon, he gained these amazing abilities. In terms of his resilience, he was believed to be as durable and resilient as All Might. This in itself is high praise for Shigaraki, and fans get to see a display of it in the Final War arc, where he takes on a plethora of heroes and still dominates. In fact, he ate up some of Deku's strongest hits and stayed standing despite the massive damage. Just to hurt him, some of his Quirks needed to be interrupted, and it shows a level that hardly any villain can reach. On top of all that, he also has regeneration, which makes it incredibly difficult to damage him.

We have seen him fight his way through the pain barrier and take his body beyond all limits on various occasions.
