Epic Games has signed a new agreement that will make it even easier for Fortnite player to access the game on Android devices. Fortnite was launched in 2017, and since then the battle royale has been available for PC and various consoles. However, the Epic Games title's relationship with mobile devices is trickier.
Fortnite was removed from the App Store and Google Play Store in 2020 for violating the store's terms of service, resulting in Epic Games suing Apple and Google. Years later, iOS users can download the game from the App Store, as long as they are in one of the EU countries. For players outside the region, or who own an Android device, the ability to play Fortnite is to download the Epic Games Store installer. Now, after a new announcement, the plan is to make it easier for players to access the game on mobile.
