Death Stranding 2 is finally here, and for most people it will serve as a chilly hiking simulator that will make you deliver packages to those in need. For the supplementary out there, myself including, it's time to stay on a podcast and scrub the deserts for lost load in an attempt to maximize reputation for each individual interest that you come across.
Death Stranding 2's reputation mal can be a bit ride, especially if you try to maximize all areas in Mexico before moving to the game's next place (you shouldn't, by the way), but there is a way to make things much easier for yourself. First shared by Reddit user Idontcare235, Death Stranding 2 has a hidden feature that tries to prevent you from maximizing a place's reputation in just a couple of deliveries.
Death Stranding 2 gives you more reputation for submitting lost load individually
In what is likely to be an attempt to get players to continue delivering to the same place, or to make sure players do not miss upgrade dialogue, allowing death -banging 2 seems not to earn more than a star of reputation with a single delivery, no matter how big it is. This means that if you have removed lost load on top of your deliveries to get as much reputation as possible, it is essentially pointless after a certain point.

Kojima admits that he filled the dead 2 with Easter eggs that makes you “crawl”
Kojima wants you to find them all, but it can take some playthroughs.
Instead, you actually get more reputation if you participate in lost load individually. Idontcare235 shows this in their post and shows that they only got one and a half stars when they submitted lost load in bulk, but got an extra star when they handed in one at a time, even though they had exactly the same number of likes from La Madre.
In fact, this is actually a move in the original death string as well, so if you wondered why reputation that grinding took a while in that game, now you have your answer. To fix it, all you have to do is to hand in lost load individually if you are close to maximizing a star, and you should get the most reputation for your delivery. Happy tracks!
