Capcom reveals the total sales figures for several of their biggest gaming franchises, including Resident Evil and Monster Hunter.
Capcom has finally revealed the start time for its upcoming Summer Spotlight event as June 26. This digital event plans to reveal the latest news of the company, including looking at upcoming games and content, with Resident Evil Requiem expected to be a big part of the show. After lots of leaks and teases, Resident Evil Requiem was revealed at Summer Game Fest 2025, emphasized the protagonist Grace Ashcroft and potentially suggested on connections to some of the more underrated games in the franchise.
In addition to the big names that Resident Evil RequiemCapcom Showcase Teaser illuminates a number of other games that are likely to appear as well as Monster Hunter WildsThe Onimushaand Street Fighter 6With the latter that recently confirmed new content for players. Street Fighter 6 Year 3 confirmed four upcoming fighters, such as C. Viper, Ingrid, Alex and Sagat. In fact, expectations are that Sagat will be presented during this Spotlight event as his release date seems to be imminent.
In terms of Monster Hunter WildFans expect to see some news about future content and maybe even a tease of the game's long -term future. At least Capcom has already confirmed the release window of Monster Hunter Wilds Title update 2 at the end of June, which seems to match this exhibition nicely. Without a doubt that fans will see more of what this update includes, such as layered weapons, hardened monsters and the return of Lagiacrus.
