Borderlands 4 Players on consoles have encountered performance problems, but there is a way to fix things, at least temporarily. Borderlands 4Launch has been a mixed bag. While the game has received mostly positive reviews from critics and many have paid tribute to it as one of the better posts in the long-term looter-shooter series, it has also suffered from some unfortunate technical hiccups.
It seems like most Borderlands 4 Technical problems are specific to the PC version of the game. The Borderlands 4 PC problems have caused severe counter -reaction, with Gearbox Software Randy Pitchford who tells Steam users to get a refund if they are not satisfied with it. Unfortunately, the PC version of Borderlands 4 is not the only one with questions. Borderlands 4 Console players have also encountered some problems, with the game that seems to be worse the longer it is played.
How to fix Borderland's 4 console performance
The Borderlands 4 Console issues were recently recognized by Pitchford on Twitter. Pitchford recommended it Borderlands 4 Console players should stop the game and restart if they start to encounter performance problems. Pitchford specifically urged the PS5 Pro version of the game when they offer this recommendation, but players on other consoles have also reported performance problems. Browse online posts about Borderlands 4 Performance problems seem to restart the game. It is not convenient, but it should serve as a temporary solution while the fans are waiting for a more permanent fix from the gearbox.
In the meantime there are other ways for Borderlands 4 Players to improve the console experience. Reddit User Buddy_Skryyst has Sussed out the ideal Borderlands 4 Settings for brackets, recommend that users change all horizontal and vertical sensitivity levels to 2, marker speed to 0.5 and marker friction to 0.5. They also recommend that all Deadzone settings are set at 1% and 0.5, and that slip of Grapple View is turned off and the camera headboy is set to more than 75%.
Another way to potentially improve Borderlands 4 Performance on consoles is to change session settings to local, but that means you can't play online with friends.
Another recommendation is to turn on Borderlands 4radar. By default Borderlands 4 Players have only one compass at the top of the screen, but there is an option to switch on a radar. It's not really the same as the classic mini game, but it's better than nothing.
It will be interesting to see how Borderlands 4 developed with future updates. Maybe a proper mini -map will be added, or maybe Borderlands 4 Console players will get their FOV shooting control. Time will turn out, but fans can be sure that more updates for the game are on the way.
