Geoff Keighley's summer game party has replaced the E3 in the game calendar and did it in a spectacular way. Players around the world agree to the exhibition every year to watch when next year or so by games are mapped out. This year was no different.
From the Big Reveal trailers from established Franchises to game messages from exciting indie -devs, to release the date for some of the most expected upcoming games, 2025's Summer Game Fest had everything. With a 2-hour showcase, Keighley and his team revealed many new things to the fans. Here are some of the biggest revelations that have players excited.

Exhibition date for dying light: the animal
Comes to players in August
The animal is the third post in Techland's beloved Dying franchise. This new game was announced at Gamescom 2024's opening night live and sees the return of Kyle Crane, the main character in the first Dying and its dlc.
The animal Will take the franchise back to a more linear narrative style, after the branching story of the second game and put greater emphasis on the survival horror elements in the series. Driving also seems to return, as seen in the trailer. DYING LIGHT: The Beast is set to be released on August 22, 2025.

Ryu Ga Gotoku revealed his new game as Project Century with a dotted trailer at the 2024 Game Awards. They have finally given the fans a little more to chew on with this new trailer, while raising even more questions.
Now officially titled Stranger than heavenThis game seems to be canceled in both 1915, as it is seen in the Game Awards trailer, and in 1943, as it is seen in the new trailer. The battle looks like a slower, more brutal grip on Like a dragon The game's battle. There seems to be a certain emphasis on investigative mechanics. Little else is known about this game, but fans of RGG Studios are waiting for more information with Bated Breath.

The game is described as a co-op action rpg, and while the trailer does not reveal much more, this is a title that fans of good music and fun action games should put on their radar.

Towa and Guardians of the Sacred Tree is an action roguelike based on East Asian mystery. The game has a wonderful species style and is published by Bandai Namco. The trailer showed a lot of play and some of the story, both of which looked good.
Another game based on Asian mythology is a welcome addition, especially one that looks so good. Players don't have to wait long to play it either, as Towa and Guardians of the Sacred Tree is intended to be released on September 19, 2025.

Fans without doubt awaits the game to be released on October 21, 2025.

The trailer suggests an even darker story and aesthetics for the sequel while keeping the same unique art design. The little game that is part of the trailer looks fun and sturdy. The trailer also contains time travel, which is an interesting wrinkle for the series.

The game also takes a page from Hazelight Studios Playbook by introducing a friend's pass, which is a welcome addition.
