An excellent example of this will not come long before the last war starts when MT. Lady can keep off the giant monster called gigantomachia on its own. Until that point, no one could even hurt gigantomachia, let alone stand toe-to to him. There are many examples like this by MT. Lady who shows off her impressively strong power, especially in the last war against everyone for one and shigaraki.

Muscle enlargement

Muscularly wiped out many professional heroes with their dangerous transformation ability

Although he did not show up in the story until the forest training camp, muscular has spread chaos across Japan behind the scenes for many years. As a villain who just cares about killing as many people as possible, Muscular uses his muscle reinforcement work to give him the strength he needs to clobber the strongest of the heroes.
