IN Pokemon championyou don't need to be an expert coach to build a successful competition team, because there is a gimmick called Replica teamthrough which players can copy pre-built teams with electric cars, moves and items: Everything they need to climb these rankings and become the very best.
And if players don't know how to use the Replica Team feature, this guide also has a step-by-step explanation of how to find it and introduce team codes, along with a list of best Replica Teams from the main VGC competitors.
How to use Replica Team Codes in Pokemon Champions
Replica team works in the way of the export system of Pokemon Showdownand allows players to enter a code and essentially copy an entire team of competitive-ready Pokémon from some of the top contenders in the Pokémon VGC circuit.
Players must have permanently unlocked these Pokemon in their crates (through the recruitment system or transfer from Pokemon Home), plus some extra VP (Victory Points) to tune up the team, which is done automatically when the code is inserted. Every detail, such as EV spread, Moveset, Nature and equipped items are automatically copied, and this requires Victory Points to be made.
To use a replica team code, go to educationthen follow these steps:
-
Select 'Build teams using the team ID'
- Select a Battle Team to edit
-
When asked “Do you want to build a new replica team?” choose Yes.
-
A new window will appear and then players can introduce the code.

Players also have the option to build their own Replica teams and share them with other coaches. To do so, go to Education and then select Replica Teams.
After that select 'Share your battle teams' and select one Empty spacethen'Split a team.' This will create a copy of your currently available team (the active one), and selecting it will give players a code to share with their friends.
Splitting a team offers no rewards whatsoever, but it's a cool way to “validate” or test a strategy before going competitive. If you're experimenting with a team, and you notice that people actually love your team building or share positive feedback with you, it's a great opportunity to fine-tune your team building skills.
You can always consult our Teams for Duos recommendations if you're having trouble deciding on a decent Meta Lineup.
