Fallout 4 is preparing to roll out another update for November, promising a host of useful fixes to issues that have been plaguing players. Bethesda recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of Fallout 4and while it's definitely an important milestone worth celebrating, the post-apocalyptic RPG has been in a bit of a rut.
In honor of Fallout 4s anniversary, Bethesda recently released Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition. Both the new edition and the original version of the Fallout 4 Allow players to access Bethesda's Creation system, but unfortunately the 10th anniversary specials have caused headaches for many players. Issues with crashes and broken mods have ignited a flood of criticism from Fallout 4 community, but more fixes are on the way.
Fallout: New Vegas Remaster tentatively confirmed by Insider
A reputable gaming insider confirms that the long-awaited Fallout: New Vegas remaster is happening with surprisingly minimal fanfare after all.
The patch notes revealed by Bethesda cover a variety of updates that are expected to fix crash and stability issues, issues with loading and saving content, and make UI improvements, particularly with Creations. The release date for the patch was not specified, but it is expected to arrive within the next few days, as Bethesda recently mentioned that it would be ready by the week of November 24th. While this patch aims to fix some of the game's issues, there is still more work to be done, as Bethesda also revealed last week that there is an update to the roadmap for Fallout 4 Anniversary edition.
In the announcement, Bethesda also confirmed that more information about the next patch would be coming sometime in December. The problems that have arisen since then Fallout 4The 10th anniversary has been quite significant, and one of the biggest problems has been with Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition especially. Many who bought this version of the game were faced with a bug that caused the game to not recognize any Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition content “owned” by the player, making it impossible to access.
It's been a controversial few weeks too Fallout 4and while these fixes are promising, many fans are still frustrated with how the anniversary was handled. This isn't the only time the post-apocalyptic adventure has stirred controversy, either. Just last year, Fallout 4The next-gen update broke a variety of mods, which didn't sit well with the community. The upcoming November and December patches will hopefully do the trick and get the game back to where it was, but only time will tell.
