In addition to introducing a new map, one of the most important changes in War zone is the Omnimovement system, which drastically changes the gameplay experience and player mobility during both map transition and combat. This new movement mechanic, also featured in Multiplayer, allows players to sprint, slide and dive in any direction. It also contains a recumbent position, which enables a full 360-degree range of motion.

To activate it, simply equip the knife and you'll gain Unlimited Tac Sprint while using it. After incorporating the backpack system in MW2's era, War zone will return to its traditional loot system when integrated with BO6. This classic looting system gives players a main inventory that, once full, requires them to drop items to manage the space.

Here are all the items players can pick up and have stored in their inventory:

  • Cash
  • Gas-mask
  • Armor plates
  • Kill streak
  • Field upgrade
