To track down an Anomaly Commission, go to Map > Anomaly Commission (bottom right of screen) > scroll to find the mission you need.

You can get duplicates of certain bows so that you can reach the maximum blend level.

Go to Template > Arc Shop > Arc Selection. You can get up to four extra copies of these Arcs by spending 25 Tri-Keys:
