Naoki Fujita's Beat & Motion is getting a Netflix anime adaptation
The success of Jujutsu Kaisen and My Hero Academia proved that Shōnen has many nuances while delivering the action, emotion and inspiration that fans have always loved. Now that both series have almost ended, fans want something different, and Naoki Fujita's Beat & Motion offers just that. The original manga was serialized on Shueisha's Shōnen Jump+ website from February 2023 to January 2025, and was compiled into six tankobon volumes.

At the MAPPA 15th Anniversary Lineup Reveal, it was announced that Fujita's Beat & Motion manga will receive an anime adaptation that will stream on Netflix in 2027. Along with the announcement, the presentation revealed the first teaser visual and trailer for the upcoming anime, giving fans their first look at the adaptation. The trailer also revealed the voices behind the two main characters, with Shuichiro Umeda voicing the role of Tatsuhiko Hirayama and Aya Gomazuru voicing Nico Kashiwagi. Umeda has cast Makoto Hanaoka Senpai is an Otokonokowhile Gomazuru has voiced Yuki Makihara Liar Game.
