The Injustice Franchise has brought two action-packed fighting games to life based on the DC Comics list. Developer Netherrealm is well known for his skill to make fun fighting games, thanks to Deadly Kombat Franchise, but Injustice Be a bold new direction for the studio. Not only did Netherrealm create a complete DC game, but it also played with a fun and dark “what about” scenario when it comes to Superman's role.
The main conflict found in InjusticeThe story is between Batman and Superman. After Joker Tricks Superman destroys Metropolis and killing Lois Lane, the iconic hero becomes a tyrant and forms an authoritarian regime that takes over. Batman leads the resistance and puts in motion a rivalry from the head. If Netherrealm wanted to expand its superhero portfolio and experiment with Marvel, one of the biggest questions would be that the comic brand does not have two clear heavy finders that DC does.

For several years now, many fans have wanted Netherrealm to deal with a Marvel game game, and if that has ever happened, it may be even darker than injustice.

Marvel Missing Superman/Batman -Dynamics
Although he does not have a clear leading duo like Superman and Batman, Marvel's main star is obvious. Since the character's debut all the way in 1962, Spider-Man has consistently been Marvel's most popular hero. Of course, Marvel does not lack greater star power with her other heroes. Captain America, Iron Man and Thor have also led the accusation for Marvel over the years, but Superman and Batman have always seemed to be two sides of the same coin.
Batman acts as DC's cynical side, while Superman is the optimistic and idealistic version of what a superhero should be. Most of Marvel's main heroes lean towards a lighter tone, which makes their different views on the world not as clearly clear as Batman and Superman. The increase in the popularity of Marvel's anti-heroes over the years can set the stage for a similar conflict, but it may not have the clear punch that a Batman and Superman rivalry has.

Netherrealm could look at MCU for Marvel Inspiration
Captain America: Civil War Was an exciting entry into the MCU, as one of the most important conflicts was within Avengers as a group. Disagreement about how the US government should be involved in Avengers leads to a schism within the superhero organization, and it can serve as the best source of inspiration for Netherrealm, if the studio ever gets a shot on a Marvel game.
An overall conflict between the group instead of tension between two clear joints is probably the best way forward for such a game. A Marvel character that has Batman's similar temperament is Wolverine, and although a major conflict between him and Spider-Man is not outside the opportunity, it may not have the same move as DC does with its main duo.

Netherrealm has not yet made a Marvel Fighting Game officer
For several years, fans of the fighting genre have hoped for a Marvel game designed by Netherrealm. Rumors that have not yet been proven as true remain, leaving many wondering if that day will ever come. There is a lot of potential in a Netherrealm Marvel game, but right now it seems that such a project is just a pipe dream. Of course, only time will tell, but until Netherrealm makes such a game official, a Marvel Fighting game that takes inspiration from Injustice will remain a pipe dream.
