Cyberpunk 2077: The best cars
Must cruise Night City in style!
That might not be the most exciting aspect of Cyberpunk 2077 (and its DLC, Phantom freedom), but it's a great way to spend your hard-earned cash. Having a few homes away from home can be quite handy when you're on the run from the police, and they also offer some useful buffs. Here's how to get some new digs in Cyberpunk 2077.
Updated January 5, 2025 by Sean Murray: Despite saying otherwise, CD Projekt Red continues to update Cyberpunk 2077 to offer choices an enhanced Night City experience. We've updated this guide to reflect the current state of the Cyberpunk real estate market.
How to upgrade or buy an apartment
The process for upgrading your apartment or buying a brand new home is relatively easy in Cyberpunk 2077.
Go back to V's apartment which you get after the game's short prologue, go to the computer and select the EZEstate website in the lower right corner. Here you will be able to see and choose apartments that are available for purchase.
To buy an apartment, just choose one and if you have enough cash it will be yours. All of your in-game items will be accessible from each apartment through a shared inventory.
You must have completed the assignment titled 'Playing for the time' for these new accommodations to become available.
You can too customize V's original apartment via the EZEstate website. There are six different themes to choose from that modify the colors and patterns you see on the walls and floor. These are purely aesthetic changes and do not change the amenities available (more on that later).
Apartments available for purchase
There are exactly four new apartments to buy in Cyberpunk 2077. Each apartment varies in price, style, atmosphere and location. The cheapest apartment costs €10,000 while the most expensive is an impressive €110,000.
Each apartment has a collection of consumables to make them act as resident domiciles. These can be anything from drinks and alcoholic beverages to foods like pizza and Hawt Dawgs.
Here is each one apartmentthe placesand prices:
|
The location of the apartment |
Apartment Price |

Northside, Watson |

|

|

All these apartments can be found on the EZEstate website, but they can also be discovered by exploring the regions above.
If you have 20 intelligence, V can hack the door to the Northside Apartment and get ownership without paying.

Apartment amenities
Each apartment is a little different. They will all have a bed to sleep in, a shower to wash, a Mirror to change your appearance, a wardrobe to change your style, and a storage room to arm yourself with the finest weapons vortices can buy.
That said, not every apartment will have a place for your cat, a coffee machine or a big screen TV. Each apartment amenity offers somethingwhether it's a potent buff or just a fun way to waste some time.

Although the game's plot makes it seem like you have very little time left, V can sleep as long as he wants without consequences. This is a great way to get useful buffs and also set the time of day to be whatever you prefer.
