Complete Trials of Ascendancy i The path of exile is required if you want to get all of your class's Ascension Points. There are 10 of them throughout the campaign, and another 6 are randomly found during the mapping phase of the endgame. The trials are divided into four different groups, each of which opens the way for a different version of The path of exile Labyrinth dungeon, which holds the key to unlocking your character's true potential.

These are all PoE Trials you can find as you play through the campaign. Note that you must complete all Trials of Ascendancy for each bracket to unlock the version of the maze they are related to. For example, if you complete 4 trials for the normal maze and 2 for the cruel version, you will not be able to access either maze variant despite completing 6 different trials.
Every map in The path of exile are randomly generated, so we cannot accurately determine where each of these Trials of Ascendancy exists. However, given how maps are generated, the general locations of each trial should be consistent across different versions of the maps they are on. For example, the Trial of Ascendancy in Act 3's Imperial Gardens will always be towards the upper left side of the waypoint.
Eternal Labyrinth Trials
Unlike the Trials of Ascendancy found in PoE campaign, the ones you need to challenge the Eternal Labyrinth (aka Uber Lab) can only be found by mapping. To access it, you must meet the following requirements:

Complete the merciless maze

Reach level 68

Obtain and use an offering to the goddess
Previously, players needed to complete all 6 endgame attempts before they could enter the Eternal Labyrinth, but this was changed during the Scourge League. Now all you need is an offering to the gods, an item that you can get by completing maps or league mechanics, or by trading with other players. Once you receive an offering to the goddess, you can simply use it to open a portal that leads directly to the Uber Lab.
There are 6 different endgame Trials of Ascendancy, and they all have a chance to appear randomly while clearing T6+ non-unique yellow maps or higher. These trials include:

Completing these will reward you with an offering to the goddess after interacting with the tablet at the end of each trial.
