As Kaido put it, Devil Fruit Awakening happens when the mind and body of the ability user catch up with their Devil Fruit ability. He is indeed a very strong contender for characters who may have already awakened Devil Fruits.

This Devil Fruit is quite dangerous and so strong that even Blackbeard himself admitted that he would lose a direct fight. Considering how strong Hancock is and the fact that she's had this ability for years, she could have easily awakened it.

He has the power of Magu Magu no Mi, which is believed to be a devil fruit with the highest order of offensive ability. Considering his stature as well as his strength, it wouldn't be a surprise to anyone if Sakazuki has already awakened his Devil Fruit.

With his Gura Gura no Mi, he can use earthquakes that can sink an entire island in an instant. Blackbeard is one of the major antagonists in One Piece and for a character like him to have Awakened Devil Fruits is not a surprise at all. In fact, it is expected of him to awaken his ability and take his powers to the next level if he is to match the threat of the likes of Luffy, Shanks and Imu.

Like him, other members of the Five Elders also had similar powers, with the dark flame cloud around their necks indicating that they have awakened their powers. Fans absolutely cannot wait to see what they have in store.

Sovereign of the entire world, Imu is one of the most mysterious and powerful individuals in the One Piece world. While they were considered to be without much power until recently, in the Final Saga, Imu showed off her incredible power after descending on Elbaf in One Piece Chapter 1179.
Imu has access to the power of the Akuma no Mi, which is a unique Devil Fruit that has characteristics from all Logia, Paramecia, and Zoan. Imu can use various abilities through it, such as Covenants and manipulation of Omen's black flames. In addition to that, Imu can also utilize a unique transformation thanks to his Devil Fruit, which turns him into a demon. All of these powers are definitely awakened, as indicated by the round black ring of flames. While the official awakening status of the Devil Fruit has not been confirmed, we can be sure that the ultimate villain in One Piece has awakened his powers. Otherwise, it wouldn't have been possible for him to beat Luffy and Loki.
