IN Jujutsu Kaisenthe strongest attacks usually tend to be the powerful domain expansions that various characters have used over the course of the series. The main reason these attacks are so powerful is that they usually confirm a hit from the user's Cursed Technique, but do so in a way that is much more potent than the technique used otherwise.
However, there are some attacks in the Jujutsu Kaisen which are close to a domain in strength, which is why they can potentially destroy their user's opponent with a single hit. These are the strongest out-of-domain attacks that can end a fight with just a single use due to their overwhelming power.

Jogo may be the unluckiest character in the entire series, as the only times he fought seriously were against Gojo and Sukuna, arguably two of the strongest characters in the world, which is why many have a rather humorous view of him. However, this should not distract from the fact that Jogo is the most offensively powerful of the Disaster Curses.
Using his Maximum Technique, Jogo gathers piles of his flames and debris to create a massive meteor large and powerful enough to discern an entire city block. Sukuna even noted that if it had hit him, he might not have survived, confirming that Maximum Meteor is one of the strongest one-shot attacks in Jujutsu Kaisen.

Sukuna's divine flames were a thermobaric bomb

As the most powerful wizard in history, it comes as no surprise that Sukuna's arsenal of techniques is truly varied and vast. Among his most iconic techniques are the incredible Divine Flames, a special application of the Shrine Cursed Technique that can only be used after Sukuna has already used Cleave and Dismantle.
Basically, his cursed energy produces incredibly powerful flames that burn even hotter than Jogo's, a special class curse whose entire power and purpose is fire manipulation. The divine flames were so powerful that they killed Jogo, Mahoraga (twice), and even Choso, truly showing the extent of the King of Curse's power.

Gojo's Hollow Purple is the ultimate application of Limitless
Cursed Technique: Limitless
Gojo was the strongest wizard of the modern era, and his incredible control and manipulation of Cursed Energy was shown throughout the series. Perhaps the best display of his mastery of the Limitless technique was when he summoned the Gojo clan's secret technique, Hollow Purple.
By taking the infinite attraction of Lapse Blue and merging it with the infinite repulsion of Reversal Red, Gojo creates a virtual mass that can presumably do both at the same time, destroying everything in its path once used. The Hollow Purple that Gojo used against Sukuna even overpowered his Divine Flames and later, at the end of their battle, left the King of Curses at death's door by nearly killing him completely.

One of the reasons why Mahoraga is so feared in the world by Jujutsu Kaisen is that he is referred to as the 'Gatekeeper of the Calamity Grade' by fans, meaning he is so strong that only the four strongest characters in the series can defeat him. Among these powerhouses is Dabura Karaba, who may have the strongest Cursed Technique of them all.
Due to his ability to manipulate light and move at speeds close to it, Dabura is the fastest character in the series, and his sheer destructive power was seen against Mahoraga when he unleashed his Lightspeed Kick. This attack resulted in massive destruction, and although it failed to kill the Shikigami, its strength was still at its own level.

Yorozu's true sphere had infinite pressure

When fans were first introduced to the Construction Cursed Technique, it was through the hands of Mai, whose low Cursed Energy made the technique feel pretty useless. However, in the Culling Game Arc, fans were introduced to Yorozu, a Heian Era sorcerer who had incredible reserves of Cursed Energy, with which she could use the construction technique perfectly.
As such, she managed to construct the True Sphere, which was a sphere of perfect smoothness and infinite pressure, meaning it could simply erase anything it came in contact with. Despite Sukuna's overwhelming power during the Culling Game Arc, he even acknowledged the danger the True Sphere posed, noting that a single touch could kill him. If it weren't for Mahoraga adapting to the technology, the King of Curses might have met its end much earlier.

Yuki's black hole had the power to destroy the Earth

As one of the four officially recognized Special Class Wizards, Yuki Tsukumo is one of the strongest characters in the entire Jujutsu Kaisen series. Her cursed technique, Star Rage, allowed her to manipulate mass, making her the toughest in the series, with punches even stronger than Gojo and Sukunas.
Due to her ability to add virtual mass to herself, Yuki had the potential to do this infinitely, to the point where her body would turn into a black hole. As expected, such a black hole could potentially destroy the entire planet or even the solar system if left unchecked, and the only reason Kenjaku survived their encounter was due to Yuki's own willpower not allowing the black hole to grow to uncontrollable proportions.

Sukuna's World Cutting Slash is an unfair cheat

Admittedly, many fans would take issue with World-Cutting Slash being placed as the strongest attack in the entire series, opting to say that techniques like True Sphere or Black Hole are more powerful or destructive. While this is true, Sukuna's strongest attack has the ultimate hack that ensures its victory against anything it is used against.
This is because World-Cutting Slash targets the abstract concept of space itself, rendering any defense completely pointless. Theoretically, if Sukuna were to use this attack on True Sphere or Black Hole, it would just destroy them directly by cutting off the space they live in, meaning that this slash is the ultimate deterrent in a given situation, and no attack can stand against it.
