One of the biggest additions in the Assassin's Creed Black Flag resync are the new naval officer missions, each introducing a unique character that Edward can recruit for Jackdaw. While it only takes a few missions to add these officers to your crew, completing their entire storylines gives you a deeper insight.
During the last mission in the Padres questline, The other cheekyou will be asked to search for clues about the bishop's whereabouts. The search area is much larger than it needs to be, but here's a little tip before we get started: you'll be spending most of your time near the beach.
Where to find clues to the bishop's place in AC Black Flag Resynced
After traveling to Kingston, go to the goal marker and wait until nightfall for the Padre to arrive. As the cutscene begins, Abel explains that the Bishop only travels around at night, meaning you'll have to gather clues before you can track him down.
As soon as the cutscene ends, head north to the marketplace. You will notice a group of people gathered around a bulletin board. Interact with Warning notice attach to the board to collect the first clue.
For the second clue, don't waste time searching the entire survey area. Instead, head towards the large barn, but don't go inside. Look towards the shoreline next to the barn, and you'll see two civilians talking. One of them mentions carrying an invitation, and that's exactly what you're after.
Sneak up behind the civilian and get the letter without being seen. Be careful here, as there is currently a bug where being detected can interrupt the pickpocket, preventing you from trying again. If that happens, you have two options:

Reload your previous save.

Eliminate the civilian and loot the invitation from the body instead.
For the last clue, continue south towards the port. You'll find another couple of civilians talking about the bishop secretly holding prayers in the forest at night. Just listen to their conversation to get the last clue. With all three clues collected, return to Padre and follow him to the marked location.

After another cutscene, clear out the enemies throughout the forest before pushing deeper. At the end of the path you will find the bishop surrounded by several guards. Defeat all enemies, then talk to the bishop to trigger the final cutscene and complete The other cheek.
