EA Sports College Football 27meanwhile, is also doing a lot of work to make July 9th one to watch for PS5 players. After a decade without any new game releases, EA revived its college football franchise with the well-reviewed EA Sports College Football 25. That game was followed up by EA Sports College Football 26 next year, and now it is EA Sports College Football 27his turn. Although it probably won't feel anywhere near as fresh as 25 or even 26, College Football 27 should prove to be another solid iteration of the franchise. And if it's anything like the previous games in the series, chances are it'll be one of the best-selling new video game releases of the year when it's all said and done.

While July 9 may be the busiest day of the month for PS5 players, there are other big releases coming later. Palworlds 1.0 release is scheduled for just one day later, July 10, while Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game coming on July 23rd. Halo: Campaign Evolved coming to PS5 on July 28th, which is the first time ever as a Halo the game has been released for a PlayStation console. The campaign developed is a remake of the original Halo: Combat Evolvedand it should be a perfect starting point for PS5 players, even if it lacks its iconic multiplayer mode.
