Destiny 2's Monument of Triumph update is the gift that keeps on giving, and this week there's a new set of armor that's very easy to farm, but it can't be done alone. One of the advantages of Destiny 2's Monuments of Triumph update is that players don't have to fear massive nerfs or changes to their gear anymore, meaning what's good now will be good as long as the servers are online. Obviously, the main problem with this is that the game will no longer receive content updates and even patches.
Bungie recently confirmed that the next hotfix for Destiny 2 will be its last, and after that the game will end completely. This comes after the redundancies at the company which affected at least 292 roles in the studio alone, and then more across SIE and contractor jobs. Still, fans are continuing their petition, asking Bungie and Sony to reconsider this, and now Destiny 2 players are planning another server slam on Bungie Day, July 7th. Even if nothing comes of it, at least the game is in good shape and has tons of new content.

Destiny 2: How to Get Bright Dust

Destiny 2's Best Monument of Triumph Armor Set is farmable this week
Destiny 2s new Vault of Glass armor set, called Atheon's Memory, is easy to farm for one week – from June 30 to July 7 – but it requires players to run a raid. While Destiny 2s new Monument of Triumph armor sets are a great addition to the game, fans looking for specific ones may have a hard time unless the endgame content they play shows up. This is because select Raids and Dungeons repeatedly drop Tier 5 armor sets, and they are necessary to get the highest possible stats and stat setup. This week has Vault of Glass as a featured raid, so the Atheon's Memory armor pieces will all be T5.
- 2-Part Bonus: Radiolaria Breach (Atheon's Memory Set) — After picking up a power orb, the next time your shields are broken, gain a bonus to health stats for a short time and release a burst of radiolaria around you.
- 4-Part Bonus: Collective Power (Atheon's Memory set) — While you have a subclass buff, dealing sustained damage spawns an orb of Power.

There are two main ways to go about it. The first is to repeatedly farm easier encounters to bring in Spoils of Conquest Destiny 2 along with some equipment, be it weapons or armor, and then spend the Spoils of Conquest at the end of the raid by acquiring an Atheon checkpoint. This is the fastest way to get the armor set and specific pieces you may need, but it requires at least an Atheon completion to access the Spoils of Conquest spending chest. The other method is simply to properly run Vault of Glass multiple times, but that requires a dedicated Fireteam and a lot of time.
Players can complete the first encounter in the Vault of Glass for some loot, but it doesn't give any of Destiny 2s loot from the raid. Likewise, there are secret chests to collect every week in most of them Destiny 2's Raids and Dungeons, and some can be done entirely solo, as is the first encounter (Raise the Spire) in the Vault of Glass.

This armor set is one of the best in the game due to its 4-piece bonus, which is great for endgame Destiny 2 builds where it is not always possible to generate Orbs of Power via kills, if at all. This is also why weapons with Attrition Orbs are popular, but some endgame scenarios may call for completely different weapons, or even just call for damage-oriented perks. As such, the option of having unlimited orbs of Power to proc Armor Charge and other effects is fantastic, which is why players should get Atheon's Memory this week.
