IN Robloxpp Animal hospital (deviation)you have to keep an eye on the patients coming in to see if they are an anomaly. There are a couple of different methods you can use to separate normal animals from anomalies, but sometimes you can drop one by mistake, which can end up losing your Sanity, or worse, a patient at the clinic.
To ensure your patients are safe and the clinic runs smoothly, here is a list of different types of anomalies we have seen so far at The animal hospital.

All patient anomalies at Roblox's animal hospital
Head Banger
Sometimes a “patient” with hollow eyes will start banging their head against the glass. Try not to walk up to them and ask them to leave, or you'll freak out and lose 20 Sanity. Instead, bring the NPC some coffeeand they will leave without causing you to lose Sanity. To avoid completely wasting the fresh pot of coffee, take two sips and then use the third for the head banger.“
Eventually the head banger will break the glass and then leave on its own if you don't approach it. Breaking the glass will not affect gameplay, but it does prevent the head from returning.
Twitchy movements
Some patients arrive at the counter and start immediately jerks the arms or rolls the neck in a strange way. As soon as you spot something out of the ordinary, go ahead and press the red trigger to make the guest disappear. Be sure to open the hatches again to admit the next potential patient.
Indie games that became major success stories
While most only see a modest amount of success, some indie games have etched themselves into video game history by becoming must-have titles.
Drawn on Face/Smile
If you see a potential patient with poorly drawn eyes or a mouth with a creepy smile, there's a good chance it's an anomaly.
Blurry photo
If you take a look at a patient's photograph and the image is a bit blurry, you have another anomaly on your hands.
Sometimes you can lose your mind if you look at a photo of an anomaly. So be sure to look at the photo on the table after it's developed instead of picking it up.
Hollow eyes
If you see an NPC with weird, hollow eyes, pull down the shutter or use the taser to get rid of them.
Human teeth
If you see a potential patient with scary teeth and big eyes, send them away!
Black Bar on the camera
Even if a patient appears normal, always check the security cameras. Sometimes you can see a strange black bar across the patient's face, which reveals an anomaly. You may also be able to spot differences from the camera version of the NPC, such as different ears – if you spot a discrepancy, it's more than likely an anomaly.
