After tons of rumors and speculations, Rockstar Games has finally confirmed the pre-order date for the Grand Theft Auto 6which will be broadcast live next week. Alongside Grand Theft Auto 6s release date, there has seemingly been no shortage of rumours, speculation and leaks. However, as the game's launch continues to draw closer, it appears that Rockstar's marketing machine may finally wake up with the announcement of the long-awaited pre-order date.

Regardless, Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick has remained steadfast GTA 6 is locked into November, with the game still on track and the long-awaited marketing campaign kicking into high gear this summer. With the pre-order date now live, fans may have another window for when that will happen as well.

While recently GTA 6 rumors pointed to a May pre-order date, the timing came and went without a word from Rockstar. Instead, seemingly out of the blue, the studio posted a message on social media that fans have been waiting a long time to hear. Grand Theft Auto 6 will be available for pre-order on June 25 from online digital storefronts as well as select retailers. The post also revealed the game's official cover art for the first time ahead of its November release date.
