Beyond Netero
Beyond Netero is a mysterious character in the Hunter x Hunter. He has yet to make a proper move, but he is fully involved in the current Succession Contest arc going on in the manga. Beyond Netero is the son of the late Isaac Netero. This fact alone makes it clear that this man is an absolute monster and a natural talent at Nen.
Technically, Beyond Netero's powers have yet to be revealed, and fans don't even know what his Nen type is. However, simply by the way he is treated by the Hunter's Association and the fact that he has been to and from the Dark Continent, it can be ascertained that his Nen reserves are definitely huge. This will only become more apparent as the story progresses, and he may be a character superior to even Isaac.

Shaiapouf
Among the royal guards, Shaiapouf is not the strongest physically, but like the others, he has his own impressive skills to display. Shaiapouf is the strongest Manipulation Nen user in existence. Although he didn't get an impressive battle, his aura reserves were made clear by his simple status as a royal guard.
Shaiapouf's aura reserves were so massive that he offered some of them to Meruem after the explosion. His sacrifice for Meruem greatly increased his strength, proving his overwhelming reserves.

Menthuthuyoupi
Youpi is the raw strength of the Royal Guards of Hunter x Hunter. In terms of physical strength alone, he is definitely the best around. He faced Killua, Knuckle, Shoot, and Morel, and he was able to keep them at bay quite easily. In this battle, Youpi would even fall victim to Knuckles' Aura bankruptcy ability, Hakoware.
In theory, Knuckle can bankrupt someone from their aura and put them in debt by lending them his own Nen Aura. But with Youpi it was almost impossible, as his Aura reserves were way too high and would take too long to go bankrupt. This is the first time this ability has failed so horribly, canonically confirming Youpi's massive Aura reserves.

Neferpitou
The Chimera Ant arc introduced some of the most fearsome enemies the world has ever seen Hunter X Hunterknown as the Royal Guard. They are the loyal soldiers of Meruem, and among them it is generally agreed that Neferpitou, the first born, is the strongest. Neferpitou is incredibly versatile. She is both a terrifying fighter and one of the best healers in the entire series.
Like the other Chimera Ant Royal Guards, her nen reserves are actually terrifying, so much so that a simple sense of it sent Knov into a mental shutdown that left him unable to continue on his mission. Pitou's aura reserves are so large that she has proven to be one of the best En users, spreading her aura over an extremely large area. Her aura reserves technically increased only after her death. When she was killed by Gon, she returned with an autopsy and acquired even greater aura reserves.

Netero
Isaac Netero has reached the pinnacle of nen mastery in the world of Hunter x Hunter through decades of intense training and rigorous combat. With that, he is naturally a character with huge Aura reserves. Netero is a force of nature, but his training is what gave him such great aura reserves.
In his prime, Isaac Netero was an unstoppable force capable of taking down almost anyone in his path. Even at his old age, he was strong enough to stand up to Meruem. His ultimate ability, called 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva, requires a lot of Aura to use, so much so that Killua could sense it from miles away.

Adult Gon
Adult Gon is the generally agreed upon name of the form Gon takes during the Chimera Ant Arc against Neferpitou. To achieve this form, Gon undergoes a vow that sacrifices all of his Nen in exchange for a temporary power-up to take down the Royal Guard. In this form, Gon was compared to Meruem.
Gon's power was so overwhelming in this form that he was able to not only kill Neferpitou, but also take on her post-mortem respawn form, giving her a massive boost. This form basically gives Gon at once all the aura reserves he would have in his lifetime, and it was one of the largest Nen reserves ever seen in Hunter x Hunter.

Meruem
Usually, when talking about the best of the best in almost every category in the world of Hunter x HunterMeruem, the main antagonist of the Chimera Ant Arc, is the one who comes out on top. Meruem's strength is simply unmatched. He was able to overpower Isaac Netero, and not only that, but he was also able to survive the Rose Bomb. If anything, Meruem was still overpowered after the bomb, especially after absorbing the aura of Youpi and Shaiapouf.
Post-Rose Bomb, Meruem had the highest measurable aura reserves. This aura reserve could have even increased if he lived longer. His nen ability, Aura Synthesis also allows him to absorb the aura of other characters, giving him access to almost infinite abilities and potential.

Alluka
Alluka is Killua's younger sister, and she has been possessed by a mysterious creature returned from the Dark Continent known as Nanika. Nanika's powers and abilities are almost impossible to measure and can trump even the likes of Meruem and Isaac Netero in terms of aura reserves.
In a way, Alluka has access to infinite aura reserves, allowing her to manipulate reality itself and make any wish come true. Her aura was on display when she healed Gon during the Chairman election arc. Although she doesn't have proper control over her powers yet, Nanika is a monster in almost every way, and as time goes on more information about her abilities will be revealed to fans.
