Of course, others quickly tried to take advantage of the same flaw, and so far it has worked for many of them. TT Games recently announced that LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has gone gold, so it's not surprising to hear that the current iteration of the game is doing well, but being downloadable and available almost two weeks before its scheduled launch is a major bugbear.
