While Mixtapes the game is pretty straightforward, there are few achievements or trophies that you can easily miss. Some of them are pretty self-explanatory. But after some trial and error and a few playthroughs of this episode, I uncovered exactly what Slater's secret slushie recipe is in Mixtapeso you can unlock the “Grunge Metal Alchemist” trophy/achievement on your first playthrough.

You can make Slater's secret slushy recipe during “Chapter 8: Ultimate Slushie” by mixing the following flavors:
- Blue Crush
- Bubble gum
- Orange
- Lime
Don't worry about the order that you add the flavors, or the amount of each flavor that you add to the cup. As long as all four have been added to the cup, you have done enough to unlock the achievement/trophy.
It doesn't matter who you make Slater's ultimate slushy with. As long as you make it, you'll get the achievement, and Slater will acknowledge your glorious creation.
Once you combine them, Slater will reveal his true name as “The Super Secret Gonzo Skinny Dipper” while zooming in on your creation. The “Grunge Metal Alchemist” trophy/achievement should also be instantly unlocked. In other words, you don't have to wait until the end of the chapter or scene for it to happen if you got it right.
Where to find Slater's Secret Slushie Recipe
What makes this trophy/achievement so difficult is the fact that Slater doesn't refer to the secret slush recipe before you reach this chapter. It is only during the 'Slater's House' chapter that you can find the recipe posted on the wall by his bed, as shown in the screenshot below.
This means that if you don't use a guide like this during your first playthrough and are aware of the trophy/achievement when you reach the “Ultimate Slushie” chapter, you won't unlock it on your first playthrough.
If you don't get the 'Grunge Metal' trophy/achievement on your first playthrough, you can use the chapter selection option from the main menu to replay this chapter. Since it's such a short chapter that focuses solely on making these slushies, it's quick and easy to keep trying over and over again until you get it.
