Where to use Oracle Stones in NTE (Witch's House Location)

To use Oracle Stone i NTEyou must find the witch's house and leave the item to her. The witch's house is located in the first area of NTEwhich is Bridge Crossings. Find the purple crystal ball icon on the map, southwest of Hankaku Street, then enter the whimsical house in the middle of the grassy area. Talk to the witch inside and select the Oracle to start sending in your Oracle Stones.

The witch's house i NTE denoted by a purple crystal. It is located southwest of Eibon and Hankaku Street, west of Good Joe's Vintage Shop. It's not by the road like most buildings, so you have to walk into the grassy area to find it. The first time you get there, you can see Nanally, Sakiri and Edgar whispering about the Witch's house.

Inside the Witch's house is the Blackbird. Which, from the main quest, I guess is some kind of Anomaly Hunter, and not like a storybook kind of witch.

When you talk to Blackbird, you can choose between Oracle and Fortune Reading. The Oracle will send in the Oracle Stones, while the Fortune Reading comes with three things:

Lost Tales: Highlight a small quest where you have to listen to an NPC to understand the task, if any.
Bless: Get a buff for the rest of the day.
Treasure hunt: Select a tax location. In my experience it would mark an Oracle Stone location.

You can choose all three once per day.

How to use Oracle Stone in NTE

After collecting the Oracle Stones NTEyou can use them by visiting the Witch's House and selecting Oracle alternative. You will get different items for leveling up with Blackbird. The number of Oracle Stones will increase with each level up, but considering the nice rewards, it is highly recommended to collect the Oracle Stones you see while exploring.

Each level comes with these rewards:

50 Annulith
200 Hunter Level EXP
1 VitalMax Energy Bar (except at level 3, up to level 9)
10 Anomaly Material selection box I
30k Beetle Coins or 30k Fons

VitalMax Energy Bar permanently increases your stamina, so you shouldn't miss it. At level 3, you get the Oracle Crystal instead of the VitalMax Energy Bar, which you can use to reveal Oracle Stones within a certain range.
