PowerWash Simulator 2 announces Stars Wars DLC, releasing this summer

PowerWash Simulator has taken us to some pretty wild places via its crossover expansions, but this summer we're going to suit up and take our powerwashers further than we've ever been before. It is because PowerWash Simulator 2 gets Star Wars DLCand some of the iconic vehicles and locations from the original trilogy that we'll be tasked with sprucing up have already been revealed.

PowerWash Simulator 2 is headed to a galaxy far, far away

The PowerWash sequel's Star Wars expansion will add six new jobs to the game, all taken from the iconic franchise's original trilogy. That's right, this upcoming expansion is being taken so seriously that it even has its own specific place in the Star Wars timeline, although I wouldn't expect to see P0-W2 appear in The Mandalorian & Grogu.

Who is P0-W2? That's the name of the powerwashing droid you'll assume the role of when it's time to gear up and head out into the Star Wars universe later this year. The class five worker droid will be equipped with an exclusive power tray created specifically to clean up dirty ships and workstations in Star Wars DLC. You can take a look at the new washing machine in the trailer below.

The trailer also gives a sneak peek at three of the six iconic locations from the first three Star Wars films that are in dire need of a deep clean. The standout of the three jobs revealed so far is the one that challenges you to bring an X-Wing back to its formulaic glory. There might not be a lot of dirt in space, but keep in mind that these Rebel Alliance ships often land on the surface of some pretty dusty planets, so they get pretty dirty.

You appear to be a neutral droid when it comes to the battle between the Rebels and the Empire that will rage around you as you clean up, as one of the other three jobs puts you aboard a Star Destroyer. Specifically, the Super Star Destroyer Bridgethe command center of the huge Empire ship. Darth Vader is standing in there, so you know, do a good job or you might get strangled.

The third job revealed is the only one that takes you down to the surface of a planet in a galaxy far, far away – home Larsbetter known to some fans as Skywalker Farm, on Tatooine. Speaking of dusty planetary surfaces, Tatooine might be the dustiest of them all, so cleaning the place the Skywalkers call home might be even more daunting than powerwashing what is actually Darth Vader's home office.

The Powerwash Simulator 2 Star Wars bundle doesn't have a firm release date yet, just a summer 2026 release window. It will be a $9.99 expansion available on all platforms, so PS5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
