MegaMan.EXE

HACK THE PLANET!

MegaMan.EXE is the version of Mega Man found in the Mega Man Battle Network. For such a gigantic franchise, it can be difficult to determine which character within Mega man series is the strongest, but there is a reasonable case for MegaMan.EXE.

He exists as a digital sprite, which allows him to connect to cyberspace to connect to virtually any computer network in the world. If Lan, his human ally, wanted MegaMan.EXE to take over the world, he'd just have to hack machines, possibly even human cyborgs, to get the job done, so there's definitely terrifying potential within this hero.

9

Ryu

Pull the D cord

Ryu is the name of the blue haired hero of all Breath of Fire games, all of which have one thing in common: the ability to transform into dragons. Among all the Ryu out there, the one from Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter is the strongest, as his transformations can make easy work of even the toughest bosses in the game.

There is a catch because when players use this transformation in game it will greatly increase one meter, the D counter, and when it reaches 100% it's over. In-game, Ryu is so powerful that his transformation is even detrimental to him, in other words, but even with this drawback, Ryu is still worthy of this list.

8

Harman Smith

Losing My Minds

Harman Smith is an old man in a wheelchair and technically the star of Killer 7. When he was younger, he managed to kill seven assassins, and with his gift, Harmon was able to absorb their souls. In the game, players can switch between these seven personalities, each with a unique weapon and special power.

For example, the Con Smith can use two pistols while the MASK de Smith has two grenade launchers. If left unchecked, Harmon might even be able to absorb more souls, but even as stated in the game, he's quite powerful thanks to his seven assassin transformations.

Resident Evil

Released

March 22, 1996

ESRB

Mature 17+ // Blood and Gore, Language, Violence

Albert Wesker first appeared in Resident Evil as one of the members of STARS trapped in the Spencer Mansion, but all the while it is later revealed that he is working with Umbrella. Not only that, Wesker transforms his body into a monster, but unlike every other antagonist in the series, Wesker gains superhuman strength, regeneration powers, and super speed without having to transform.

That is, until his final i Resident Evil 5when he takes things too far to become the ultimate being and is only defeated by being thrown into a volcano. Other than that, Wesker is almost the perfect creature that survived quite a few entanglements with the heroes.

6

Joe

A spiritual Power Ranger

Joe is the titular hero Appearance Joewhich takes on a transformative power after his favorite films come to life. Basically, he has a Power Ranger-like transformation, giving him a fancy red jumpsuit and powers over time. Not only can Joe punch and kick harder than he ever could before, but he can also speed up or slow down time.

A slowed punch or a faster kick can have different effects on the enemy, but outside of the game, anyone with timing abilities, however limited, will make anyone a contender within a strongest character distribution.

5

Dante

Live long and pizza on

Dante is the main character from Devil May Cry series, who is half human and half demon. This combination gives him super speed, strength, and regenerative powers, along with the ability to use weapons that no other human can handle to take out demons.

Dante also gains the power to transform into a demon temporarily for super-powered battles. Despite his silly puns and crude humor, this demon hunter is not to be trifled with, not even in Devil May Cry 5where he is getting older.

4

Fortinbras

The Demon Lord

Fortinbras is the final boss Onimusha: Warlordsthe first game in Onimusha series. He is the god of all demons within his realm and the one who made a deal with humans to give them dominion over the earth.

Although he dies, Fortinbras lives on through Lord Nobunaga in the second and third games, but after Lord Nobunaga is defeated, Fortinbras is resurrected in the fourth game, Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams. He has control over demons, incredible strength, enormous size, and the power to resurrect seemingly endlessly. All these qualities would make anyone powerful.

3

Ingrid

A fighter of unknown origin

Ingrid first appeared in Capcom Fighting Evolutionbut by and large she is a part of Street Fighter franchise. Not much is actually known about her origins. She can look like a young girl, but that is because she can manipulate her genes and give her the appearance of a young girl who can be hundreds of years old.

In addition to genetic manipulation, Ingrid can also use psychic abilities to conjure up energy, and she can travel through time. She will be added Street Fighter 6's list soon, so maybe then Capcom will solidify more of her background, but already it's clear that Ingrid is someone who has a godlike presence.

2

Amaterasu

Scold the Moon

Okay

Released

September 19, 2006

Amaterasu is the goddess of the sun Okaybut when the game starts her powers are sealed in her wolf body. The more Heavenly Gods players save, the stronger her powers will grow. Amaterasu can seemingly pause time itself to summon an ethereal paintbrush to attack enemies or create items, such as bombs.

This can be used in combat or in puzzle situations, like if players need to redo a bridge they can draw it. God-like strength, time manipulation, and powers of creation: these are the telltale signs of a powerful being.

1

Chakravartin

God of gods

Chakravartin is the god of creation Asura's Wrath and the final boss. Almost any god in this game could easily fill up this list, as their powers are all cosmic, giving them immense strength and the power to manipulate their size so much that they can even fade over the earth. The game is basically a series of boss battles so epic and over the top that Dragon Ball the fans would cry.

The titular Asura's fight with Chakravartin is beyond epic as Chakravartin throws almost everything they have at Asura to win in a multi-part finale, from size growth to energy powers to creating a perfect form to fight with. Even if Chakravartin is defeated, which should make Asura the strongest, overall Chakravartin is literally THE god in that universe, and that's a pretty righteous title.
