This means that in the future where Konoha was destroyed, it is highly likely that Shinju Jura and Hidari got involved.
The two haven't made a move on Konoha yet, but when Mamushi starts losing, it's possible they'll suddenly appear. This would require Konoha to split up their forces and send some after the other Shinju. For example, the likes of Sarada Uchiha could then be pitted against Hidari, while Boruto and Kawaki might have to take on Jura, which will leave someone else, like Daemon, to confront the threat of Mamushi. This will make the arc much more exciting and raise the stakes through the roof.
So far, Kishimoto and Ikemoto haven't put a foot wrong in the Boruto series in the current arc, but that's exactly why the 32nd chapter of this manga is all the more important. Given how Mamushi's threat is handled, the story will take a very unique turn that could make or break it.
