In general, the Jujutsu community is incredibly bigoted towards ordinary people who are born without the ability to use the cursed energy, especially within the Zenin clan. Due to being born as a twin with a heavenly restriction, Maki was always particularly weak and rejected by her clan because of this. However, that all changed in the Culling Game.
After Mai's sacrifice, the last bit of cursed energy left Maki's body, allowing her to fully realize her heavenly limitation that made her as powerful as Toji. With this newfound power, Maki went on one of the most insane and disintegrating killing sprees in manga history, where she managed to completely destroy the Zenin clan and all of her troubled past with them.

Sukuna finally reveals his long term plan.
One of the most shocking moments in the entire Culling Game arc came when Sukuna finally revealed why he had been so interested in Megumi all along, which was so he could take over her body. The sheer terror faced by Yuji led to one of the most emotionally charged fights in the entire series.
Although Sukuna was far from his full strength, his power was still greater than Yuji's, which is why Maki eventually joined the fight as well, capturing the Curse King due to her lack of Cursed Energy in the process. This battle took the three over various locations in Tokyo, eventually ending with Sukuna's victory and departure, leaving Yuji broken and bloodied.

In the middle of the arc, Kenjaku's ultimate plan was revealed, where he planned to optimize Cursed Energy by having wizards kill each other to release enough of it to form an all-powerful Cursed Spirit. To do this, he needed Master Tengen, who was protected by Yuki and Choso.
When the villain fought the heroes, it ended up being one of the best matches ever Jujutsu Kaisenwith Kenjaku and Yuki showing exactly why they are some of the strongest characters in the series having perfected their respective Cursed Techniques and fighting styles. This fight had great shining moments for all the characters involved, and eventually ended in a bittersweet and emotional send-off for one of the series' most beloved characters.
The three-way battle in Sendai Colony was a sight to behold

During the Culling Game, a place in Tokyo known as the Sendai Colony was in a stalemate between three incredibly powerful reincarnated wizards. This stalemate was to be broken by Yuta, so he made his way there to fight Ryu and Uro; incredibly deadly reincarnated wizards with some of the most broken Cursed Techniques in the series.
This fight was truly a treat to read through and will easily be one of the highlights of Season 3. These three wizards used everything in this battle, showing an incredible and in-depth knowledge of Cursed Energy that is only reserved for the strongest in the series. Towards the end of the fight, one of the most iconic moments of the entire arc took place with Yuta, Ryu, and Uro all opening their domains at the same time.

When someone talks about the Culling Game arc, the incredible fight between Kashimo and Hakari is almost always part of that conversation. Of course, these two characters aren't the strongest in the setting, nor is this fight super destructive or world-changing, but the real reason it's so loved is because of how creative and unique it is.
Thanks to Hakari's insanely unique and hilarious Cursed Technique, he's able to keep up with someone who was known to be the strongest of his time, and the way he does this is sure to be the best part of Season 3. With these two titans battling to the hilt within Hakari's repeated full domain expansions, this battle is sure to make his fans look forward to what's to come. next.
