During this, you will first receive an ID card and then switch to a mechanical human named SIGMA. All this happens in the main story, and you will unlock your expedition motorcycle after talking to this character. Once unlocked, you can head over to the Tools section of your main menu and equip the bike in one of your hotbar slots.
You can also do this by open your radial hotbar for tool and press the button to edit it.
During the mission, you also get the first upgrade for your bike, which allows you to double jump with it every few seconds. When you use the bike from your tool bar, your character will create one and sit on it. From here you can control it with your usual controls and give it a speed increase by pressing the boost button at the bottom right.
The bike has very low regular sway, and the best way to swing it is by using your brakes while pressing the key. This will trigger a drift, allowing you to easily turn in any direction. You can too use this to make donuts on the ground while standing still.
You will also notice that most of the rocks in Lahai-Roi are silver colored with designs on them. These rocks are also shaped more like a slope and not a regular mountain. Therefore you can use your expedition motorcycle to scale them as long as you have some boost left. Once you're near the top of these cliffs, you can also press jump to go extremely high, allowing you to easily reach high places for exploration and puzzles.

For example, with these buffs you can get a special attack with your bike when you dismount near enemies, which can deal a lot of damage and give them a lot of Tune Break progress.
How to customize your expedition motorcycle
