An apocalypse can significantly restore the value of some everyday objects. Perhaps the item that is one of the most apocalyptically important things that we don't have to think about in our current everyday life is toilet paper.
In the post-apocalypse of Fallout 76toilet paper won't be an absolute necessity all the time, but it's a piece of junk that can be scrapped in cloth. If you find yourself in dire need of fabric for one project or another, you may suddenly be on a toilet paper mission unlike any other.
Where to find toilet paper
Toilet paper is more or less available all types of residential areas in Fallout 76. This includes any type of building that has a bathroom; often there will be toilet paper on or around the toilet.
Places like this are fairly evenly spread throughout Appalachia, but this is especially true in the middle area of the map, all the way from north to south.
That said, there are some areas that will have a slightly higher density of toilet paper than most others, and these will be your best bets for quickly finding toilet paper.

You can fast travel to each of these locations on your map if you want, but if you're traveling on foot you can pick up quite a bit more toilet paper by searching the bathrooms in the smaller areas along the way.
