Microsoft has pulled back the curtain on its Xbox Game Pass plans for November 2025, highlighting seven games that will be added as brand new, day one. What's coming to Xbox Game Pass is a bit more confusing these days with the introduction of the Premium tier, but generally speaking, most day one games are relegated to the service's Ultimate and PC tiers.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has controversially raised its price to $29.99 per month, up from $19.99. This move has understandably been met with significant backlash, although Microsoft is at least planning to add more content in an attempt to justify the price hike. More Day One games will be added to Game Pass in 2026 than in 2025, and the service has also recently seen an influx of Ubisoft-published games.
The long-term impact of the Game Pass Ultimate price increase remains unknown, but in the meantime, Microsoft will continue to add games to the service. In fact, Microsoft has big plans when it comes to Xbox Game Pass November 2025 games, confirming seven Day 1 releases alongside older titles that will be added in the coming month. On November 5, Dead static device and Sniper Elite: Resistance coming to Game Pass, while Eggs on and Whiskerwood coming on November 6th. Release 1.0 of Void train is added on November 7, while Great God Grove, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osirisand Pigeon Simulator will all be added on November 11th. Relic Hunter's Legend and Winter Burrow coming on November 12 and finally, Black Ops 7 added on November 14.

Dead static device is a survival horror game that has been described as “Grand Theft Chtulhu”, while Eggs on is a platform game that has players taking on the role of a literal egg. Whiskerwoodmeanwhile, is a PC-only version that has players managing a city of mice.
Void train is a co-op survival game that has seen success in early access and could potentially be a hit when it joins Game Pass on November 7th. Pigeon Simulator is exactly as its name describes, whereas Winter Burrow is a cozy survival game about a mouse in the forest.
Black Ops 7 is the headliner when it comes to new Xbox Game Pass games for November 2025. Featuring a four-player co-op campaign, turn-based Zombies and the franchise's signature online multiplayer experience, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will undoubtedly be one of the biggest games added to Game Pass Ultimate all year. Clearly, there is a lot to look forward to in November, and it will be interesting to see if December can come close to matching it.
