Few things in the latest gaming news cycles have been as divided as Nintendo Switch 2. The recently released successor to the original Nintendo Switch has endured complaints about the price, $ 80 for their games, as well as the presence of game buttons.
These debates will not come anywhere at any time soon, although there may be something of a solution that can come up with the release of Resident Evil Requiem.

As first discovered by My Nintendo News, the Switch 2 edition of Resident Evil Requiem £ 10 is cheaper than Playstation 5 and Xbox Series versions of the game, at least on Amazon's website.
RRP (recommended retail price) for the PS5 and Xbox versions is £ 70, but the Switch 2 version, which will probably be a game-key card, will be displayed at £ 60, a saving of £ 10.
Right now it is unclear why exactly the game will potentially be cheaper on Switch 2 compared to the other consoles. So far, Amazon is the only site that has an open pre -order, while the game has not been made available anywhere else, including digital store fronts.
If the game stops retailing cheaper on Switch 2, it would be a pretty interesting tactic from Capcom or Nintendo or both to potentially try to get lost sales due to the game's probable game-key card status, as well as its probable lower performance compared to, says a Playstation 5 Pro.
It would certainly open a window to other developers and publishers to do the same. Or maybe we are all just overcoming this situation and Amazon has jumped the gun and offered a nice little discount, because the dealer often stops doing.
