Capcom has lots of unloved, forgotten children that it leaves in the cold right now (I miss Devil May Cry), but undoubtedly the most criminally abused, but iconic franchise in his cabinet is mega man. Our favorite blue bombers have not had a new game for quite some time, and although I am sure that Mega Man -fans begging for it to change, it is unlikely.
If it wasn't for a few merch drop, you would not be blamed to think that Capcom had forgotten mega man completely, but it seems that a very unlikely game has given fans of the series A Sliver of Hope – Sonic Racing: Crossworlds.
Sonic Racing: Crossworlds looks like it gets Mega Man DLC
With Sonic Racing: Crossworlds launched next week, and reviews that come live earlier today, Hype for the game has increased steadily. For some (as Reddit users FAIL-MINUT-1319), the long-awaited release date has already arrived, as it seems that some stores may have broken street dates and physical copies entering the fans' hands. It is because of this that we know that Mega Man will be included as part of the game's season ticket.
Sega has apparently made the very strange decision to include a paper in physical copies of Sonic Racing: Crossworlds and describes all the franchises included in the season. This grind includes a mega man logo SMACK DAB in the middle, even though no such crossover has been announced yet. It is a bizarre slip-up from Sega's side and confirms quite a lot of mega-man Crossover's imminent announcement.
In addition, there also seems to be some good news for fans of nights as well, since the game's main character is on the back of the game's fall. Although it is not included in the season pass, it looks like nights will be displayed in the game via DLC after launch. We can probably expect an announcement for both before launch next week, possibly during a Playstation event that is rumored to take place pretty soon.
