Fortnite -update withdraws fraudulent purchases

Earlier this week, Epic Games set the collective internet on fire when it was discovered that some suggestive feelings were no longer combined in Fortnite. In other words, “gooning” had been banned.

A few days later, Epic received the ongoing fire by announcing a sweeping level of enforcement, especially on the Xbox platform, which will see accounts with fraudulent or refunded V-bucks or cosmetics purchases, their articles have completely revoked.

Several exploits were discovered and then closed up

On Friday, in a post shared on social media, it was announced that articles that had been repaid on Xbox or were gifted via a fraudulent account had been removed.

Shortly after, a follow-up post found that the revocations were for accounts that made repayments that began in December or used a known exploitation involving fake V-bucks.

About everything that sounds confusing, here is a division.

Under a set of circumstances, which was listed by a player, players would “buy” V-bucks legitimate and then initiate a refund via Microsoft. The repayment would be processed, and V-bucks, which should have been removed, instead remained in the account, giving the players a loophole to get “free” cosmetics.

In another set, described by someone at Reddit, players were reportedly buying accounts that had been charged with V-bucks, often at amounts that were much lower than legitimate currency would cost. They would then “gift” these V-bucks to their main account. These accounts, almost always from gray market sellers, were involved in fraud, which led to the recall of something “gifted”.

Not only have dozens of dozens of players recalled their articles, but in some cases it has led to players having a negative V-buck balance because of the mass currency they did not legally “You can reverse a negative V-Bucks balance by purchasing V-bucks to cover the guilty amount,” records a post on the EPICS website.

It seems that the V-Bucks balance is returning to neutral, these players could not get new skins or objects. The lesson in all this, if it is too good to be true, is likely. Do not confirm fraud either.
