At over twenty years old, The swimmers remains a popular franchise. Now on the fourth main line there are countless spin-offs, console gates and extensions that have been released over the years. The original game has Splitscreen-Multiplayer at Console, but is otherwise a game with a player that can be enjoyed throughout his life.
Open game allows players to completely control the lives of their swimmers, from careers and hobbies to romance, as well as construct and decorate their homes. Later items have been expanded on the formula massively, which enables even more creativity, alternatives and life paths, but the original sold the most copies and is still impressive to its extent today.
