Donkey Kong Bananza: Every Kong in the game, ranked
From new characters to old, these Kongs help to light up Switch 2's library in Donkey Kong Bananza.
While a 3D Mario The game will come sometime, it is not necessary at any time soon on Switch 2, thanks to DK's major return. Donkey Kong Bananza Is the 3D Mario experience that Nintendo fans want. It will remain as classic as Super Mario 64. Is there any way to disprove that claim? Let's go in detail about exactly why this game has legs.
The undeniable desire to crush
Endless possibilities
It does not take long before players get control over DK and can absolutely go bananas with crushing. It is undeniable how good it feels to hit through a cliff edge and end up at the other end, even in addition to other destruction games. Although the camera angle can sometimes betray players, it never really gets in the way, as there are many ways to highlight DK and Pauline.
Besides a little terrain, everything is there and ready to crush with DK's fists, but that's not everything. DK can climb almost anything, pick up the terrain to meet enemies or even used objects to surf. Mechanically, DK has never felt so diverse in its draw sets, and none of it feels complicated. It is the lasting heritage there: complex movements, simple inputs.
A platform player with an equalization system
To put a point to collect
Super Mario Odyssey Is still good, but at the end of the day the game is easy to explain. Players must gather power moon, which portraits progress similar to collectibles in other platform players. The collector objects in Donkey Kong Bananza Called Banandium Gems, and there are hundreds to find.

Donkey Kong Bananza: 8 Hardest Challenge courses, ranked
For Donkey Kong Bananza players who think the core game is too easy, these levels of challenge will put their DK-destructive skills on the test.
The twist is that they do not really port progress in the story. Instead will find five banandium seed stones to give DK a skill point to spend on a very diverse skill tree in Donkey Kong Bananza. There are not many platform players with RPG elements like this except Ratchet & Clank play or RIKE HEARTSwhy Donkey Kong Bananza Stands out. Setting another context to collect items makes them more desirable, but still optional.
A distinct art style
From DK's expression to colors
Side by side, Donkey Kong Bananza Maybe not as graphically powerful as another recently 3D platform player, Astro Bot, on PS5. That said, it is the nicest Switch 2 game so far, and it does not feel back by the technology. This is because the art style will draw players thanks to the lively colors and different surfaces of Donkey Kong Bananza.
Nintendo thankfully did not make every Subbayer just a pile of brown dirt. As good as another destruction game is, Red fraction: GeriljanThe setting of Mars's surface is quite dull. In addition to the world by Donkey Kong Bananza, the character design is fun and outlandic. It is difficult not to laugh by DK's discoveries, which borders anime pieces.
Getting strange
Goes full bananza
More developers must embrace to be strange as video games should be fun. There is so much weirdness within Donkey Kong BananzaEven in the small details such as collecting banandium gems. A small voice will shout, “Banana!” When DK gabs up the collector's item. The game didn't have to go so hard, but it did, and fans appreciate it now and will come in the future.
There are also bananza -forces in Donkey Kong BananzaWhich allows DK to be transformed into a larger monkey, ostrich, sebra, elephant or snake. Elephant Bananza is a gaming exchange because players no longer have to crush to cause destruction, as they can start sucking with DK's luggage space instead. The costumes for DK and Pauline are also strange, but delightful, because they give players a lot to adapt.
The last hour
Hard to top
Surprise! King K. Rool is in the game. Jaws will release at his revealing when he will literally beat the empty kong in oblivion and take advantage of the throne as the big bad Donkey Kong Bananza. This happens just before the last sub -layer, and when players reach their boss room, they will be treated in an hour, maybe even more, by Pure King K. Rool Mayhem.

Donkey Kong Bananza: 7 Hardest bosses, ranked
Donkey Kong Bananza's managers are no joke if you are unprepared, and most players can encounter a tough enemy for DK to crush!
His love for gold, reworks the new Donk City in his own image, with Bananza power to become a rotten track, and so on. It reaches Hideo Kojima levels of absurdity in the best possible way. It overshadows the rest of the game, and unfortunately it cannot be discussed open yet. Enough to say, Donkey Kong Bananza ending with a blow.
You don't have to trust Mario
It is its own inheritance
The best reason Donkey Kong Bananza Works is that it pulls on Donkey Franchise's past, but also pushes forward. DK is not the same monkey as in other games, and Paul is not. There are komos from other Kongs and Easter eggs in abundance, but it is not in focus for Donkey Kong Bananza.
Mario could easily have been thrown in at the end when the players reach New Donk City, but Nintendo thankfully held this a core Donkey adventure. It may seem so tempting that over -references the past in a new project to help drum up old fans. Donkey Kong Bananza's Confidence in their own ability to stand out is what really makes the game special.
