The emergence of Shield Hero Season 4 -Free Freeding Window Confirmed

After teasing a major announcement for Feb 25, 2025, Rising of the Shield Hero Has finally confirmed the release date for its last season. The Rising of the Shield Hero season 4 is was set to be released in July 2025. Streaming Giant Crunchyroll has also confirmed that it will stream the fourth season. With this announcement, it joins Sakamoto Days and Dandadan, both of which will release their second season in July 2025.

The Rising of the Shield Hero also shared a new visual with Naofumi, Raphtalia, Filo, Sadeena, Atla and Fohl. Fans will also notice that there are two characters on each side of Naofumi. These are new characters and debut during the fourth season of anime.

The character on Naofumi's right side is called Werner, and he will be expressed by Takeo Otsuka, who is also the voice actor to Jinshi. Most of Werner's body is a human rescue for his legs and feet, both of which look very bird -like. Werner also has massive wings on his back, which suggests he can fly.

The individual on the left is Jaralis, expressed by Jiro Satis. Jaralis just seems to have a human trait, and it is his ability to go upright. Both new characters look mysterious, and they are likely to play an important role in the new season of anime.

Apart from the two new additions, fans can expect the main voice of The Rising of the Shield Hero will repeat their respective season 4 roles.

Much is to ride on the fourth season of The Rising of the Shield Hero. After a bad second season, fans were left extremely disappointed. The first season had set a standard that the second failed to reach. The third season was much better, but it was still not as influencing as the first.

Because of this reason, the fourth season of The Rising of the Shield Hero could make or break anime. Another bad season would have a negative impact on the series' popularity.
